Yes! While we specialize in small to medium-sized jobs, we’re happy to help with full apartment or home moves within the Bay Area. 

We don’t own a truck, but we can rent a U-Haul or Penske on your behalf, drive it, load/unload it, and return it—making your move completely hands-off.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for weekend or end-of-month moves. Last-minute requests are welcome but depend on availability. 

• $30/hr per mover (2-hour minimum) for loading/unloading

• Flat rates available for dorm moves, deliveries, and dump runs

Payment is due immediately after the job is completed unless arranged otherwise.

Yes! For dorms, single-item deliveries, and dump runs, we often quote flat rates to keep it simple. 

We treat every item with care, but in the event of accidental damage, our clients agree to a Limited Liability Waiver as part of our Service Agreement. We’re not responsible for damage unless it’s due to gross negligence. 

Yes, but we recommend you pack and transport fragile or high-value items (TVs, glass, antiques, etc.) yourself. If we do move them, we require you to acknowledge risk in our Limited Liability Waiver.

Yes! We bring a basic tool set to help with most furniture builds or breakdowns. Let us know in advance if the job requires power tools or special equipment. 

Yes—we offer a Moving Supply Kit for $25–$50, which includes boxes, tape, labels, and bubble wrap. 

Absolutely. You’re welcome to use your own boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.

Yes—please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a $100 fee. 

At this time, Boxed & Löded operates as a small independent business and is not a licensed moving company or insured for large-scale transport. We are happy to assist with labor-only moves, small local deliveries, and light hauling.
